The Iowa Games and Des Moines Park & Recreation host the “Hoopin’ At The Dome” half-court 3 on 3 basketball tournament in downtown Des Moines, adjacent to the Capitol building.

  2. I have a feeling you’re referring to a team that just played this past weekend. Unfortunately, we were unable to provide any coverage at the event this year. These photos are from two years ago :)
