Picture Iowa covered the 2010 American Lung Association Fight for Air CLIMB at 801 Grand in Des Moines (previously named the 801 Grand Power Climb).
Over 1000 participants climbed 41 floors to the top of the tallest building in Iowa to raise money for the American Lung Association!
